1 Is there any money I need to deposit when i check-in?
Yes, you would need to pay 1 month’s rent in advance and 1 month’s rent as a deposit (which will be refunded back when you finally checkout from our accommodation)
2 Do i need to sign a rental agreement?
Yeah you would need to sign an agreement for the 3 months or 6 months (depending on how long you are going to stay with us initially)
3 What is payment date and what are the different mode of rental payments?
You would need to pay your monthly rent on the same day of each month. The date is different for every tenant and is the same as the date when he/she checked in for the first time. For eg. If you check in on 12.02.2023, your rent payment date would be the 12th of each subsequent month.
You can pay your monthly rent either by cash or by bank transfer/UPI
4 What are the documents required for KYC?
We would need at least 3 documents for our KYC documentation.
1. National identity(Required)
Any national identity document like PAN card, aadhar Card etc.
2. Address Proof(Required)
Documents like a Voter ID card or driver’s License act as proof of your residence.
3. Proof of employment/student/business(Required)
For working professionals, the ID card provided by the employers is considered proof of employment. If you are a student or a businessman we would need your university ID card or entrepreneurship card respectively as proof
5 Do you provide room cleaning service?
We do provide FREE cleaning service every Wednesday and Saturday. However, we encourage every tenant to keep the properties clean to their best effort.
6 How quick is the check-in?
We try our best to make the check-in experience as quick and smooth as possible. It hardly takes 10 minutes (assuming you have the proper KYC documents with you) to hand over the keys to you.

1 What are the different ammenities i can expect ?
We try our best to make your life easy by providing modern-day amenities to our properties. A typical property would have a fully furnished room with Air conditioning, a Washing machine, a smart Television, a Microwave, a Home library, a private locker for each tenant, Daily newspaper service, 24×7 supervision by CCTV.
2 Are all ammenities free of charge?
Yes, all in-house amenities are free to use. However, we do have plans to provide some external paid services like meal service, etc. in the future. The tenants will be free to opt in or opt out of the paid services at any time.
3 How can we arrange drinking water for ourselves?
We provide free drinking water supply into all rooms of the property. You needn’t pay anything extra for drinking water. We just request every tenant to use the drinking water wisely since we know how difficult it is to find drinkable water.
